Orders received through the Internet are processed within 24 hours. Order confirmation, product availability, and shipping tracking number information will be provided via e-mail after order is processed. Please note that internet orders received by RJ Boyle Studios after 12:00 noon (EST) are not guaranteed to be processed in time for next day delivery.

ReturnPolicy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please contact our service department at (954) 420-5001 within 30 days of receipt. For non-defective items returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition, you will be refunded or credited for the entire purchase price, less shipping charges. Un-used, non-defective items outside the original package that are not deemed to be re-saleable are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective items are subject to manufacturer's warranty policies. Computer software, books, and custom/special orders will not be accepted for return.

Back Orders
It is our policy to notify you at the time of order placement if an item is out of stock. You may choose to have the item placed on back order in your name. If an item is placed on back order for more than 60 days from the original order date cancellation will be automatic. You may choose to substitute or cancel the item at any time. Back ordered items will be shipped via US First Class Priority Mail or Standard Ground Service at no additional charge to recipient. Recipients in APO/FPO and US Possession destinations will be charged postage fees for shipment. Back orders do not apply to our international shipments.

Insurance:
Free for domestic shipments up to $100.00. For orders over $100.00, will be added .95c per $100.00 for insurance.

Packing:
Any order a Standard Handling Fee of $2.50 will be charged.
Rod Tubes: Add $5.50 per rod for protective shipping box

Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped via Standard Ground Service unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping:
Shipping costs for orders shipped outside the U.S. will be calculated on a per-order basis. We will establish the most economical shipping method, and charge you as such. Any overpayment will be refunded to you. If you have an existing account with a preferred shipping agent, you may use the service of your choice. All duties and import taxes are your responsibility.

Oversize, bulky, and multiple package orders:
Some items, such as rods, gaffs, and tag sticks are considered oversize, and are subject to a nominal added shipping charge. Fighting chairs, ice chests, and other bulky items may be shipped via motor freight collectable upon delivery and payable to the driver. Orders requiring multiple packages are subject to additional charges, if required. Frozen bait is shipped overnight and billed according to dimensional weight. Call for quote. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

We are confident as to the security of our online ordering system. Placing an order is safe because of the secure server.
